AutoCorrect has learned the word which when it is typed crashes iOS 10

I've been using iOS for over five years it appears that my library for AutoCorrect has become corrupt At least for one specific name entry "Toni smith" i

Every time I type coworkers name AutoCorrect changes that name string to something that freezes iOS and the whole iPad crashes I recently turned off auto correct - dictionary - predictive settings and it resolved.

ID like to use Autocorrect again, is their any way to edit a setting in the learned dictionary ?

At first I thought it was just a keyboard issue but then I switched to voice dictation and each time upon finishing the dictation. again iOS crashes it happened in Facebook, ios messaging and again in email with similar frozen then crashing results.

how do i reset my dictionaries across all my idevices. It Is happening on both ipad and iphone Now
